  • 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 5g Cilantro

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • (Optional) 1.5 OZ Tequila

  • For Coconut Shrimp
  • 12 Large Shrimp

  • ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Egg

  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes

  • ¼ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
